1. What Data We Collect

We only collect what we need to run the platform and fulfil your orders:

Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or purchase tickets/merchandise.
Shipping address: only when you order physical merchandise, so we can deliver it to you. We do not collect an address for digital purchases (music, albums, tickets).
Payment reference IDs: transaction identifiers from our payment partners. We do not store card numbers, bank details, or payment PINs. All payment processing happens on our payment partners' servers.
Device & browser info: device type (mobile or desktop), browser name, and country. This is collected for analytics only if you accepted cookies.
Page visits & duration: which pages you visited and how long you stayed. Again, only if you accepted cookies.

2. Why We Collect It

To process your orders and deliver tickets or merchandise
To send order confirmation and shipping update emails
To improve the website based on aggregate usage data (analytics, only with your consent)
To keep your account secure and prevent fraud

3. Cookies

We display a cookie consent banner when you first visit. No tracking cookies are set until you click Accept.

If you decline, only essential session cookies are used (for example, keeping you logged in).
If you accept, we set a first-party analytics cookie to record page views and device type. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and reloading the site. The consent banner will appear again.

4. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing info@vibesentertainment.com.np.
You can request a full copy of all data we hold about you.
We will respond to any data request within 7 days.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to anyone.

We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted service providers who help us run the platform: to process payments, send order and account notifications, host our data securely, and deliver email. They may only use your information to provide these services to us.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services.

6. Data Retention

Account data: kept until you request deletion of your account.
Order data: kept for 2 years for financial and tax records.
Analytics data: aggregated with no personal identifiers, kept for 1 year.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Admin accounts are protected with a PIN and optional two-factor authentication (TOTP).
