1. Use of the Platform
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of any kind is not allowed without written permission.
- Reselling tickets purchased through this platform is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to be resold will be cancelled without refund.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not handle or store your card or bank details.
- All sales are final: refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by Vibes Entertainment.
- Merchandise returns may be accepted within 7 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Contact support for return instructions.
- Prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR).
3. Ticket Policy
- Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the attendee.
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code that is single-use. Once scanned at the venue, it cannot be used again.
- Screenshots or copies of QR codes shared with others will be invalid after the first scan.
4. Intellectual Property
All music, videos, artwork, logos, and other content on this platform are the property of Vibes Entertainment or its licensed artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Purchased digital content (albums, songs) is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vibes Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
We do our best to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
